Director of Central Operations , Leadership

Jay began his career with Key in 2004 and spent more than 20 years serving in supervisory roles within the Southeast region, ultimately becoming a Senior Program Supervisor. Throughout his tenure, Jay earned a strong reputation for effective leadership, operational excellence, and deep expertise in residential treatment services.

Jay is highly regarded for his strong management and behavior support skills, as well as his ability to integrate clinically sound, trauma-informed practices into residential programming. He also served as a CPI Trainer for more than 20 years and was a respected leader within the Southeast region.

In March 2025, Jay was promoted to Senior Residential Specialist, joining Key’s management team and providing enhanced leadership and operational oversight across multiple residential programs. In this role, he worked closely with Risk Management and Quality Assurance to support agency-wide improvements. In recognition of his continued excellence, Jay was promoted in November 2025 to Director of Central Operations, where he continues to demonstrate strong, effective leadership.
